Aqui Health Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Aqui Health, LLC (“Aqui Health,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our platform, tools, and services (“Services”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Agreement & Relationship
Agents using Aqui Health’s Services do so as independent contractors, not employees. Continued use constitutes acceptance of all updates.

2. Services
Aqui Health provides licensed brokers access to quoting tools, training, contracting support, and commission systems. We do not guarantee carrier approval or payment.

3. Agent Responsibilities
You must:

• Maintain active insurance licenses and comply with federal/state laws.

• Submit accurate client information.

• Protect consumer data under HIPAA, CMS, and privacy laws.

• Avoid any misleading or unethical conduct.
  Noncompliance may result in suspension or termination.

4. Commissions
Commissions are determined by carriers. Aqui Health is not liable for delays or discrepancies. Disputes must be submitted in writing within 60 days.

5. Compliance & Audits
Agents must cooperate with regulatory or carrier audits. Failure to do so may lead to termination and regulatory reporting.

6. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, FL, under Florida law. Class actions are not permitted.

7. Termination
Aqui Health may terminate access for cause. Agents may terminate with 30 days’ written notice.

8. Confidentiality
Agents must safeguard all non-public and consumer information per legal standards.

9. Liability
Aqui Health’s total liability is limited to commissions paid within the six months before any claim.

10. Indemnification
You agree to hold Aqui Health harmless from claims or losses arising from your actions or noncompliance.

11. Amendments & Notices
Aqui Health may modify these Terms by posting updates. Continued use indicates acceptance.
